18-Month Limited Warranty

LockSense warrants all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of original purchase on Amazon.

What is Covered

  • Defective electronic components (keypad, fingerprint sensor, motor)
  • Manufacturing defects in the lock body and hardware
  • Firmware issues that affect core functionality

What is NOT Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and scratches from daily use
  • Water damage on non-weatherproof models
  • Battery damage or leakage
